A 22-year-old girl from Samtse was allegedly raped in Jaigoan Wednesday morning.The victim has lodged a complaint with Jaigoan Police.
The suspect from across the border reportedly fled the scene after the incident and is still at large.
The suspect is said to have forcefully entered the victim’s house by breaking the door and raped her.
The girl lives in Jaigoan with her elder sister.
