Thousands of people from Langthil Gewog and other nearby places in Trongsa received Tshewang or blessing for long life from His Eminence Sungtruel Rinpoche in Yuedroongchhoeling, yesterday.

Sungtruel Rinpoche administered blessing on the concluding day of the nine day Drupchen which was presided over by Rinpoche himself.

Peling Machey Zimpon, Pema Sherab, said the Drupchen was conducted to please the local deities and for the peace and prosperity of all sentient beings.
