A handy boy and an excavator operator died after the excavator went off a cliff at Korila in Monggar, this afternoon. The two were working on the East-West Highway widening.
Similarly, a four-month old baby and a woman died in a car accident at Gangula in Monggar, yesterday.
The Bolero truck driver and four other passengers are said to be in a stable condition at Monggar hospital.
Monggar police said the driver fell asleep while driving towards Lhuentse from Monggar.
