A 25-year-old man is in a critical condition, after a 23-year-old man allegedly hit him on the head with a stone. The incident, which took place in Gelegphu early Friday appears to be the result of a love-triangle, sources say.

The man was airlifted to Thimphu, the same day. He is in the Intensive Care Unit of Jigme Dorji Wangchuck National Referral Hospital.

The suspect, who has been identified, is still at large.
