Light to moderate snowfall/rain is expected over high passes of 3100 meters from sea level in the Western and Central Bhutan within next 72 hours. The Department of Hydro-Met Services say rest of the country will be mostly cloudy with possibility of light rain. However, the weather is expected to improve from January 4 evening.
