The Royal Bhutan Police discussed the common habits of youth in conflict with law and its penal provision with the students of Ugyen Academy.The day-long sensitization program took place yesterday. The workshop was conducted to address crime -related issues and to create awareness among students. RBP’s Captain, Ugyen Phuntsho, said the awarness was necessary given the increasing number of crime and youth in conflict with laws.
