The Tshogki Lopen of the Central Monastic Body is presiding over the 11th annual Pema Gatshel Moenlam Chenmo starting today.
Hundreds of devotees gathered at the venue in Nganglam Middle Secondary School. The five-day event will conclude with a Tshe-wang on Thursday.
