His Majesty The King grants dhar to appoint Drangpons, Secretary General of NA & NC and Zhung Dronyer

His Majesty The King granted Dhar to appoint Drangpons of the Supreme Court and High Court, as well as the Secretary General of National Assembly and Secretary General of National Council, and the Zhung Dronyer (Chief of Protocol). 

Drangpon Kinley Dorji, who was serving as a Drangpon in the High Court, was appointed to the Supreme Court.

Drangpon Kinley Namgay, who was serving as the Chief Judge of Paro District Court, was appointed to the High Court.

Duba, who was serving as the Director of Bhutan Qualifications and Professionals Certification Authority is the new Secretary General of the National Assembly.

Tenzin Thinley, who was serving as the officiating Secretary General of the National Council was appointed as the new Secretary General of the National Council.

Ugen Chozom, who was serving as the Chief of Protocol Affairs Division and officiating as the head of the Department of Protocol and Consular Services in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and External Trade, was appointed the Zhung Dronyer (Chief of Protocol).
