A man’s body found in Thimchhu near Pelkhil School

A body of a man was fished out from Thimchhu near Pelkhil School bridge this morning. The identity of the deceased could not be traced so far. However, his age range is estimated between 60-65 years old. The deceased was found wearing a black gho, brown jeans pant with a black shoe.

The investigation team recovered Nu 20 note and three keys from the shirt pocket of the deceased. During medical examination by the forensic team, no external injuries were found and declared that the cause of death was due to drowning. The body of the deceased is kept in a mortuary at the national referral hospital. The case is under investigation.
