Following the COVID-19 pandemic, most businesses and individuals in the country shared their concerns over slash in incomes and some even asked for government’s interventions. But for some, they took up the situation as a window to repay their gratitude to the country through monetary contributions and kinds.

One such individual is a farmer in Tsirang who has been growing vegetables on a commercial scale. The farmer has contributed around eight tonnes of mixed vegetables so far worth around Nu 300,000 to the government.
