Sambar deer rescued in Paro

Forest officials and RBA in Paro pulled a Sambar deer to safety from Paachu River this morning.

The deer jumped into the river after being chased a pack of strays at Woochu said the foresters.

They added deer usually jump into the river for safety. The rescued deer suffered no injuries, so was freed into the forest near Chelela.
