A couple is being treated at the national referral hospital in Thimphu after they were seriously injured by a flash flood in Pasakha yesterday.
The husband sustained right thigh fracture while the wife fractured her left leg. The incident took place early yesterday morning while the couple was trying to run from flash floods that emerged from all directions in the Bhutan Carbide and Chemicals Limited premises.
They have both been referred to the national referral hospital in Thimphu for further treatment.
