His Holiness the Je Khenpo is presiding over the four day Moenlam Chenmo in Gasa which began today.
A large number of devotees from Gasa is gathered at the prayer ceremony to revere His Holiness and to accumulate merits.
This is the first ever Great Prayer Ceremony being held in Gasa. Henceforth, it will be an annual religious affair in Gasa.
It will end on Wednesday where His Holiness will administer Kawang or blessing to the devotees.
