Punakha to conduct first ever Moenlam Chenmo

punakha-to-conduct-first-ever-moenlam-chenmoPunakha is all prepared to conduct its first ever Moenlam Chenmo in the dzongkhag.

Over 10,000 people are expected to attend the great prayer ceremony which begins on Sunday.

His Holiness the Je Khenpo will preside over the seven day ceremony.

Food will be served by the Moenlam Chenmo committee.

The ceremony is to commemorate His Majesty’s 10 years on the golden throne.
