Nearly 200 golfers took part in the tournament.

Karma Pila Rangdol took home a car along with a memento.

During the prize distribution ceremony on Sunday, the Indian Embassy also recognized other sports personalities in the country.

“It is also giving us the rare opportunity to have amongst us other accomplished sports personalities of Bhutan as well,” said Indian Embassy’s Counselor, Raghav Prasad Bhatnagar.

Many Bhutanese sports personalities had been present during the event.

The annual India house Golf Tournament started in 1995.

The tournament not only aims to encourage the golfers but also strengthen Bhutan-India Friendship.

The prestigious India house golf tournament is dedicated to the Birth Anniversary of His Majesty the Fourth Druk Gyalpo and the coronation Anniversary of His Majesty the King.
