exchange-of-notes-signedBhutan’s Ambassador to India, V. Namgyel and Japanese Ambassador Kenji Hiramatsu signed the Exchange of Notes under the Japanese Grant Aid in New Delhi, yesterday.

The grant amounting to 250 M Yen will provide 353 power tillers to Bhutan.

Ambassador V. Namgyel said this project will help improve the livelihood of Bhutanese farmers and enhance the food security.
