Mr. Asia title goes to Iran’s Mahdi Sabzavari

mr-asia-title-goes-to-irans-mahdi-sabzavariThe title, Mr. Asia of the 50th Asian Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championships, 2016 went to Iran’s Mahdi Sabzavari, 34.

He also took home a gold medal in the category of over 100 kilograms in championship held in Thimphu.

Mahdi Sabzavari has been preparing for the competition for the last 15 years. He said he is thrilled to have won the title.

“I can finally relax for a while but I will have to prepare to win the International Bodybuilding Competition to be held in Thailand.”

It will be held in November.

This was Mahdi Sabzavari’s first appearance at the Asian Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championships.
