Increase of 26 percent in BCSE’s preliminary examination

The pass percentage for this year’s BCSE Preliminary Examination increased by 26 percent as compared to, last year.

Of more than 3,500 graduates who sat for the examination over 2,600 qualified for the main exam.

Last year, a little over 1,600 graduates passed the preliminary examination. The Royal Civil Service Commission declared the result today and set the cut-off percentage at 50.
