Four men are under Thimphu police custody for allegedly robbing over 30 apartments in the capital. Police arrested three of them Thursday and one yesterday.
The suspects allegedly robbed items worth over Nu 1.5 M from various places in Thimphu.
The stolen items include electronic devices, gold ornaments, and watches, among others.
The suspects told police they moved around in a vehicle searching for apartments without interlocking locks and closed circuit television cameras during day time.
Police said the four broke into houses by breaking locks with iron rods.
