The fifth Annual Bhutan-India Development Cooperation talk was held in the capital on Thursday.
The two sides reviewed the overall progress of the projects. Eleven out of 85 projects under the Project Tied Assistance have been completed till date. The 595 projects under Small Development Projects are expected to be completed by 2018.
India has committed Nu 45 B as assistance to Bhutan’s 11th Five Year Plan. As of today, about 61 percent of the committed fund has been released. The next talk will be held in New Delhi next year.
