A 34-year-old man is in Gasa police custody for allegedly duping a person into buying a vehicle that did not belong to him.
The victim, after purchasing the vehicle, found the suspect had hired the vehicle from another person.
During the interrogation, the suspect confessed to Gasa police that he also sold two more vehicles, which were hired from other people.
