A one-storied traditional house in Bondey Paro caught fire, yesterday morning. The fire incident occurred at around 11 AM.
Fire-fighters, along with volunteers from the public, were able to control the fire within an hour and save the house. Officials were not able to determine the cause of the fire.
There were no casualties since the family had gone out to the market during the time. The fire had started from the ground floor and spread to the upper storey.
