Bhutan has jumped three places up in the 2015’s corruption perception index from 2014. Bhutan ranks 27th least corrupted countries from 168 countries, a report released by a global Civil Society Organization, Transparency says.
Officials from the Anti-Corruption Commission say the improvement will further encourage them to perform diligently in future.
Bhutan is right on top, as the least corrupt country, among SARRC nations.
The Corruption perception index shows The Netherlands and New Zealand as the cleanest countries. It shows Afghanistan, Somalia, and North Korea as the most corrupted countries.
