Thimphu Police detained a man again on Monday after the police realised that his release order was fake. The man, who was convicted for nine years for rape by the Thimphu District Court, had been released on the same day.
Sources said a person had come to the detention cell with the release order based on which the man was released.
The police were not available for comments.
