Bhutan will be Japan’s priority- JICA PresidentThe President of the Japan International Cooperation Agency, Shinichi Kitaoka, said Bhutan will be among Japan’s top priorities.“This is really a special relationship which exists between our two countries which cannot be compared to other countries,” said the President during his visit to the Agriculture Machinery Centre in Paro, today.

“International cooperation cannot be successful without cooperation from both sides. We are also grateful to your cooperation because unless we have strong and warm cooperation from your side, we cannot have any success.”
