Coinciding with the 108th National day, Drukair resumed its domestic flight to Gelegphu Domestic airport, today. Five passengers boarded the plane from Paro International Airport.
From now on, Drukair will fly to Gelegphu from Paro, every Tuesday. It takes about 25 minutes flight from Paro to Gelephug.
For three months, the airfare to Gelegphu is Nu 3500. From April, the fare will increase to Nu 7600.
The Gelegphu Domestic airport is yet to construct a hanger for plane, car, and taxi parking among others.
