Tingtibi-Panbang Highway has been closed to traffic due to road blocks for two weeks now.
The blocks could not be cleared because of continues rain and landslides.
A temporary suspension bridge over Morang-chu between Gongphu and Panbang highway was also washed away early last month.
Roads officials at the site said it would take another few days to clear the road if weather improves.
