Fuel price in the country will decrease from midnight, today. While a litre of petrol will become cheaper by Nu 2.19 to 2.24, price of diesel will be reduced by Nu 2.19 to 2.22 a litre at various locations in the country.
According to the Trade department, this change is following the decrease of fuel prices in India.
After the revision, in Thimphu, a litre of petrol will cost Nu 62.42 and diesel Nu 49.07 a litre.
