An arrow hit a 39-year-old right side of the forehead at 3 PM at Rangthaling in Tsirang, yesterday. Our reporter in Tsirang says the incident happened when they were playing a friendly match with traditional bows. He was immediately rushed to Damphu Hospital and has been referred to JDWNR hospital in Thimphu.
