Man killed by falling boulder at Mangdechhu

A 20-year-old man of Indian origin was killed on the spot after he was hit by a falling boulder at Mangdechhu Hydro Power Project in Trongsa.

Another man, also, 20, from India, is critically injured and has been referred to Bongaigaon hospital in Assam, India.

The accident took place at around 3:20 this morning, at the power house tunnel at Yurmo.
