Passenger bus collides with a truck killing three

Accident-HashimariTwo men and a woman were killed when the passenger bus travelling from Phuentshogling to Gomtu collided with a truck at 3:45 PM, yesterday. The accident occurred at Madrihaat, close to Hasimara in India.

Eight others have been injured. There were 19 passengers travelling in the bus.

The driver was trying to avert hitting a pedestrian when the accident happened. The driver and a male passenger died on the spot.

The woman succumbed to injuries on the way to Phuentshogling hospital.
