Plantation and maintenance of flower gardens along the Norzin Lam in Thimphu began today. The Works and Human Settlement Minister, Dorji Choden, who led the plantation work, said the public will have to support to maintain and beautifying the city. The residents nearby will be assigned to maintain the project.
