A 22-year-old man died on the spot when the Alto car he was travelling in went off road. The accident occurred at around 7:30 AM this morning at Thrizor, between Khaling and Khentongmani in Trashigang. There were four men in the car, including the driver. One seriously injured has been referred to Guwahati, India and the other two have been referred to Trashigang Hospital.
