BCSEA- 12 paper recheck-(Update): Bhutan Council for School Examinations and Assessment (BCSEA) has traced the person responsible for leaking English II question paper for Class XII board examination. The paper was leaked on the eve of the examination. BCSEA had carried out investigation after they received a complaint that the paper was leaked.

BCSEA secretary Kinga Dakpa said the person who was responsible for leaking the paper was interrogated once after receiving a tip from a girl student. He denied the allegation. When the girl was approached twice, she still said the same person was responsible for the leakage.

Kinga Dakpa added BCSEA today did not have any legal tool or authority to move the investigation forward.

“We approached relevant agencies and authorities for support and advise to go on with the investigation, but as of now we haven’t received any definite directive from anyone.”
