A 26-year-old man died on the spot after the car he was travelling in plunged 15 meters below the road near Bajo Higher Secondary School, at 1 AM this morning. The driver escaped unhurt and is under police custody. The Wangduephodrang Traffic Police said the driver was under the influence of alcohol. He is unlicensed and was found speeding.
