Fire-HaaA fire in the early hours, yesterday, completely razed three houses to the ground in Katsho Gewog in Haa. It is not known yet how the fire started.

All residents of the three houses were able to escape unharmed, but none of the belongings could be salvaged.

The victims have been given Nu.10,000 each from His Majesty’s Kidu fund, and other amenities have been provided through the Dzongkhag disaster relief fund.

The Prime Minister, Tshering Tobgay, visited the affected families, today.
