PM in Kathmandu to attend 18th SAARC Summit

PM_Nepal-SAARC-SummitThe Prime Minister, Tshering Tobgay arrived in Nepal’s capital, Kathmandu, today. He is in Nepal to attend the 18th SAARC Summit, which will begin tomorrow.

The Deputy Prime Minister of Nepal and Bhutan’s Ambassador to India, Major General V. Namgyel received Lyonchhen at the Tribhuvan International Airport.


At the airport, the Prime Minister was also given a guard of honour by the armed forces.

Thousands of students and people had lined up along the highway to greet the Prime Minister.
