EduBluePrint The Ministry of Education is set to revolutionise the education system in the country in the next 10 years. The ministry is working on education blueprint that will serve as the means to achieve the goal. The ministry has already begun consulting with the stakeholders.

The Director General of Education Ministry, Karma Yeshey said the blueprint is an attempt to understand and respond to the challenges holistically to the changing needs of the education system.

The blueprint will review the whole education system and provide clear vision to both the students and teachers.

Some of the major issues are; unsatisfactory education standards, huge gap in teaching-learning process, and job mismatch, among others.

A focus group discussion with the members of the parliament was held yesterday. Of the 19 MPs who had confirmed participation, only seven turned up.
