National Land Commission‘s Legal Head Karma Jamtsho has been released. Karma Jamtsho, accused to have been involved in a land scam involving the former Chang Gup Naku, was released yesterday evening.
He was arrested by the Anti-Corruption Commission on the October 22.
The other accused in the same land scam, the CEO of Bhutan Telecom, Tshewang Gyelsthen was released on Friday.
According to sources, once the evidence is secured, some part of the investigation does not require the suspects to be under detention.
