Royal Bhutan Police launched a Web-based Youth Forum called “Gagdey Chharo” today. The website is www.policepartners.bt. It aims to bring all registered members of the Police Youth Partnership Programme and others such programmes together. The members will have access to a paperless reporting system, a quick online information retrieval and easy communication with the police personnel
