Man killed by a poisonous bow trap laid for wild animals

Dagana-PoisonousTrap A man, 40, has been killed after he accidentally stepped on a bow trap laid for wild animals, in Dagana.

The tip of the arrow, used in the trap, was poisonous, that killed the man three hours after the arrow pierced him.

The man was walking to his neighbour’s place in Balung village of Laja Gewog when the accident took place around 5:30 PM, yesterday .

The victim is survived by three children and his wife is  pregnant with the fourth one.

The police is said to have detained the owner of the trap for further interrogation.
