Government offices, institutions and schools will remain closed tomorrow to celebrate Thrue or Blessed Rainy Day. Pangrizampa astrologers say the sacred rain will begin falling at about 8:30 AM and will last for a week. The Blessed Rainy Day marks the end of the rainy season in the Bhutanese calendar. It is believed if one bathes on this day, one will be cleansed of all sins.
