The police in Tsirang arrested a 24-year man from Tsirangtoed for allegedly raping a 15-year old student.
The victim, along with her friend was returning home from school when the accused forcefully took her to the nearby jungle and committed the crime.
The accused confessed to the crime. He is a repeated offender, according to the police.
