In an effort to introduce farming machines at high altitudes, the Agriculture Machinery Centre in Paro demonstrated two farming machines in Paro, today.
The two multi-functional machines were demonstrated in presence of the minister of Agriculture and Forests and some farmers in Paro.
The machines from a private company in India will be further tested by the center before introducing it to the farmers.
One of the machines is an electric power tiller and the other a diesel mini-tiller.
