A 24-year-old soldier from Wangdue Phodrang RBA is accused of attempting to rape a 10-year-old girl. Her father reported the matter to the police on the same evening around 6 pm. Police immediately detained the man and handed over to the Wangdue Phodrang RBA. Wangdue Phodrang RBA refused to comment.
