Twenty seven dzongkhag officials from Thimphu and Paro are attending a four day disaster management training in Paro. The participants will be familiarised with the newly introduced Incident Command System (ICS). This trial system is expected to provide timely and effective response during disasters, and ensure efficient use of available resources.
