Prime Minister attended the closing ceremony of the second scout’s leadership in Wangdue Phodrang on Friday. Speaking at the closing ceremony, Lyonchhen said that participants should implement and impart the skills and knowledge gained from the programme. Around 123 students from Samtse, Sarpang and Chhukha Dzongkhag took part in the three-week programme.
