Indian Ambassador V.P. Haran called on the Prime Minister, Tshering Tobgay, and yesterday. Mr. Haran will be shortly leaving Bhutan upon completion of his tenure as the Ambassador of India to Bhutan by the end of this month.
During the meeting Lyonchhen thanked Ambassador Haran for his contribution in further strengthening the bonds of friendship and cooperation between Bhutan and India.
Furthermore, Lyonchhen discussed issues of mutual interests and ways to further cement the friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
