TrafficClosure.India’s Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, will arrive in Bhutan tomorrow. Inline with Narendra Modi’s first foreign visit after he was elected the Prime Minister, motorists in Paro and Thimphu will have to follow particular timing while using Thimphu-Paro Highway.
