The Prime Minister, Tshering Tobgay, signed performance agreements with Minister for Works and Human Settlement, Dorji Choden, and Zhemgang Dzongdag, Karma Drukpa, yesterday.
Zhemgang is the third Dzongkhag to sign the performance agreement with the Prime Minister. The performance agreements emphasize on enhancing food and nutrition security and improve health status. It also includes sustainable management, safeguard artifacts, conserve architectural heritage and enhance service delivery.
